Taiping Hou Kui, one of the most famous teas in China with a long history, originates from the Xinming Monkey Pit and Monkey Gang areas of Huangshan City, Anhui Province, China. Known as the “King of Pointed Tea”, it is made using a unique roasting process and is not fermented at all.
